ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Kate. Previously proud of being an efficient multi-tasker, I am now trying to find a way to slow things down. With a 4 year-old and a one year-old, it's certainly a challenge, but an enjoyable one (most of the time). WHY "DUNDEE"?
At one time, "dundee" was the most frequently used word in our home. Coining the term at the age of 1 1/2, my son used it as a catch-all phrase meaning: "give me that; I want that; I don't care if I'm not supposed to have that; I want it anyway".

Its use always provoked a laugh as we'd stop to marvel at the remarkable workings of our little boy's brain--mastering a handful of new words each day in addition to making up his own vocabulary.

So, this versatile word seemed the perfect concept for my blog--a place to write about whatever I want.
